COMMENT FROM A UWG STUDENT  The Insect Cookbook: Food for a Sustainable Planet provides valid information about insects and how they provide protein. Consumers and chefs speak about how essential insects are as a food source. This book was chosen because it has unique subject matter and could be controversial.
