All the books at Ingram Library are listed in our online catalog.
In the Catalog, you'll also find the videos that we own. The easiest way to do this is to do a keyword search and type your keyword (for example Mexico) and then in the next line videorecording so the search would look like this: mexico and videorecording. You might want to get fancy and truncate the word "Mexico" with a "?". This will give you all the alternate endings like Mexican, Mexicans, etc. That search would look like: mexic? and videorecording.
If you don't find what you need there, you can try one of the other 35 libraries in the Georgia state system by choosing GIL Universal Catalog in the drop down box on the results page.
And if that's not enough, you can search WorldCat to see what is available at other libraries. We'll try to get what you need through ILL. (Since WorldCat is a subscription database, you'll need to get the current password to access it)
If you live in GA, your UWG student ID will allow you to check out books from any of the University System of Georgia institutions.
If you do not live near the University of West Georgia, we can mail you our books or books received through ILL. Please see the Distance Learning/ILL tab for more information.
We recommend searching for eBooks directly in the eBook databases:
Dissertations Abstracts, a ProQuest database, is available to UWG students through Galileo. Included in the database are dissertations dating from 1861 to the present. Also included are some PDFs of dissertations dating from 1997.
