Ed.D in Nursing Education

A research guide for Nursing Education Doctoral students

Introduction

Welcome to the Research Guide for the Doctoral Program in Nursing Education!

In this guide I try to address the usual questions you will have about doing library research. This is not a substitute for getting live research help -- just a reference for you.

When making this guide I attempted to include what you would need so it would all be in one place. I'm sure there are items I have forgotten and still others you will discover and want included in this guide. Please feel free to email me to ask me to add content here as you deem appropriate. This guide is for YOU, not for me, so please let me know how it can be more useful for you.

For most professional literature searches, we suggest beginning with the databases on the Articles tab.  Remember that the Nursing librarian can recommend searches and databases for your topic.  Her contact information is to the left.

Please see the new Web of Knowledge User Guide to use this resource.
