Updated library tutorials

We're in the process of updating our tutorials to a more interactive format. Topics not listed in this section are still available as modules that can be imported into CourseDen.

Our current menu of updated modules include:

These tutorials are set to create a certificate of completion that students can email, print, or save as a pdf. The certificate shows the score the student received. Requiring students to turn this in is the simplest way to grade completion of this tutorial.

Please contact your liaison to have your class added to the list of courses using that tutorial, so that they don't have to fill in the course information on their own. We can also create a custom link that has that response pre-filled.

We can also set the tutorial to automatically email you each time a student in your course completes the tutorial, if you would like. To use this option, we suggest setting up an email filter to direct emails from donotreply@libwizard.com to skip your inbox and go to a designated folder, so you can wait to view them all at once after the assignment deadline.

Tutorial modules that can be imported into CourseDen

This guide includes a menu of tutorials available as well as files to import each lesson as a module in CourseDen. Each module includes the tutorial you see here and an assessment for internal use.

Faculty may wish to assign points for completing the tutorials. At this time, we suggest using CourseDen to monitor for completion of the module or contact your liaison to discuss ideas for an associated assignment.
