Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park recordsThe Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park (CCVMP) is a non-profit organization located within Carroll County, Georgia. The organization was created in 1999. Construction of CCVMP began on November 11, 2000 and it continued through 2013 with the construction of a twenty-second Wall of Honor. The purpose of CCVMP is to create a park that would honor military veterans of the United States of America who currently live, or have previously lived, within Carroll County and that were enlisted and honorably discharged within any American conflict beginning with the American Revolution.
