Help!

Getting stuck? Feeling frustrated? If you've tried and you cannot find what you want, get some help!

You can call the reference desk 678-839-6495 and talk with someone there. Librarians are typically on the desk from 11-5 Monday-Thursday and available by appointment. Student assistants are available whenever the library is open.

We also have 24/7 chat reference service available 365 days a year. This is part of a library cooperative system so sometimes you will be communicating with a UWG librarian and sometimes with another academic librarian from somewhere else in the country. http://www.westga.edu/library/chat will get you connected online to a librarian right now.

Anne Barnhart is your French library liaison. You can email Anne for help or use our online form to request an appointment to meet with a librarian online (via Wimba). We are also happy to arrange times to give live synchronous research workshops to groups from your class. You can request this through your professor or through the same online form.
