Borrowing Materials from Ingram Library

Members of the community who wish to have borrowing privileges may apply for a free Guest Borrower Card at the Library Circulation Desk. New members may borrow up to 3 itmes. After 6 months, members may apply to have borrowing limit increased to 7 items.
