Lexis Nexis for Foreign Language News

Some of the databases to which Ingram Library subscribes have foreign language newspapers and magazines. Searching them can be tricky.

Lexis Nexis Academic

  1. 1. Click on "Search by Subject or Topic" (Figure 1)
  2. Then click on Foreign Language News (Figure 2)
  3. Then click on Advanced Options (Figure 3)
  4. Select your language(s) and dates and click Apply (Figure 4)
  5. Explore a "hot topic" or...
  6. Type your search terms in the language you are searching but use search operators (AND, OR, etc) in ENGLISH (Figure 5)
