You can create your own account in Web of Knowledge to save your searches. You can also create your own Researcher ID to track your publications.
Click Sign In and then register yourself to save your searches and create alerts.
Go to My Researcher ID and make sure all of your articles are associated under your name. (For some fields this might not work as well).
