Librarians are on the desk 11am-5pm Monday-Thursday. During other times reference student assistants are on the desk when Ingram Library is open.
Ingram Library is open 24/5. Our hours are: Sunday 2pm-Friday 6pm and Saturdays 10am-6pm.
We also have 24/7 chat reference service available 365 days a year. This is part of a library cooperative system so sometimes you will be communicating with a UWG librarian and sometimes with another academic librarian from somewhere else in the country. http://www.westga.edu/library/chat will get you connected online to a librarian right now.
