Research support options

We are continuing to provide several options for research support.

Chat support any time

Librarians are available to answer questions about research through our chat tool. The easiest way for students to access this tool is by clicking the Librarian Live 24/7 link on the library homepage. UWG librarians and library staff are monitoring this tool during regular hours. After hours, this tool is staffed by a consortium of librarians, so may not be able to answer UWG-specific questions, but can help students with general research questions.

Research consultations

UWG librarians will continue to schedule appointments for individualized research help in subject-specific research. These may be scheduled individually or in groups. Here is a link to the form for requesting a research consultation. The subject librarian will respond to the request and determine whether email, phone, or video conference software is the best option for holding the consultation.
