Welcome

Libraries can be overwhelming.  Whether you have been away from academic libraries for sometime or you just need a refresher introduction to the library, this tutorial is designed to introduce graduate students to navigation of the Library home page, provide basic information about effective library use, and inform graduate students of the services available to them.  You may pick and choose those areas in which you need help or you can review the entire tutorial.

When you enroll in classes where you have specific assignments, your classroom teacher may request library instruction, called bibliographic instruction, designed to provide information for the class and/or assignment.   This instruction will be provided by the library liaison to the department in which you are taking your class.
