Who Can Use Document Delivery?

Ingram Library's Document Delivery Service is available for UWG faculty & staff both on and off-campus. By using ILLiad, Document Delivery's management software, users may request delivery of:

  • any book owned by Ingram Library
  • any article contained within the Library's extensive periodical collection
  • copies of portions of non-circulating materials, such as Reference Books

If you need an item not owned by Ingram Library, please place an interlibrary loan request. Learn more about interlibrary loan here.
