The interlibrary loan office must cooperate with the copyright guidelines of the federal government and individual publishers.  While we try to obtain all the items that our patrons need, we may have to turn down requests that conflict with copyright guidelines. 

If we are unable to obtain an item due to copyright restrictions, we will attempt to refer you to a location where you may be able to purchase it.
